用途特点：XH-YQ-01型智能控制发泡材料圆切机是我公司对国内、国际制鞋、服装、布类等市场发展趋势进行调研，并结合国内外海绵圆切机的结构，独立研制开发的新产品。该机采用PLC电脑自动控制系统，高精度圆柱导轨、自动磨刀等先进机构，可将发泡成型后的海绵进行各种规格分切成型。主要是把圆柱状海绵连续切成自动卷绕的薄带状，切削时运用阿基米德螺旋线的原理，将圆柱状海绵切成连续的片材。成品可直接使用，也可通过复合机复合后使用，广泛应用于服装、鞋材、装饰、地垫、床垫、沙发等多种行业。
