特点：本机主要由机架、导轨、前车头、尾架、中心轴、步进进给机构、圆刀（或直刀）进给机构、调速电机、触摸屏PLC控制系统等部分组成。本机采用调速电机、卷裁速度实现调节、调速范围广；进给机构由触屏、PLC控制步进电机，操作方便，移位精度高；传动装置和电器系统均有封闭防护装置，安全美观；圆刀直刀互换方便，分切范围广。
